Dr. Rivera was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She has loved going to the dentist since she was very young. She was always fascinated by all the tools and equipment, which propelled her to pursue a career in dentistry. This fascination with dental tools carries through today as she has made sure that Aldie Dental Care is equipped with all the latest technology for maximum patient comfort as well as effective and efficient treatment. With her extensive education, you can rest assured that you are in good hands with Dr. Rivera. She obtained her degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Puerto Rico in 2012. Following graduation, she went on to complete her residency at the university's Hospital UPR. There, she was able to gain invaluable experience and learn more about medically compromised patients.
For several years Dr. Rivera has been providing the families of Virginia with exceptional dental care. Dr. Rivera is passionate about giving back and helping underserved communities. She has worked as a volunteer dentist in missionary trips to Guatemala, Nicaragua, Saint Vincent, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Vietnam, and Myanmar. In addition, Dr. Rivera is the Assistant Dental Director of the World Health Ambassador Organization. These experiences have helped her to build relationships with people from different backgrounds and she hopes to cultivate this sense of global community at her own practice. Dr. Rivera is very grateful for her education and her career and feels honored to be able to help those who may not have had access to the same opportunities as her by giving back to her community. Dr. Rivera is happily married. She and her husband enjoy raising their newborn son together. In her spare time, she loves to dance ballet, take long walks, go on bike rides, practice yoga, and of course spend quality time with her husband and son.

Dr. Neha Agarwal is a Periodontist and Implant surgeon and completed her training from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine along with her Masters in Dental Science Degree. She also completed one-year Periodontics-Prosthodontics fellowship certification before starting her residency program. Dr Agarwal believes in assisting her patients to make the right decision pertaining to their periodontal health. She provides clear explanations to her patients about the importance of periodontal health and various treatment modalities available. She is trained in all aspects of periodontics including non-surgical and surgical periodontal treatment. She makes every effort to deliver high-quality dental care to make each patient’s visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Aldie Dental Care's Treatment planner coordinator Santmaria was born and raised in Egypt. 🇪🇬 She obtained a certificate in the Medical Billing and Coding in 2020. Her education helped her to understand the health insurance policy and she loves to share her experience with her patients and make it easier and smooth. She's entirely customer focused in everything she does. She loves to help people, answering any questions they don't know, learning new things. She enjoys working at Aldie Dental Care and making everyone happy and satisfied.
Nazo is from Afghanistan. She has graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor degree in Biology. She speaks four languages; Pashto, Urdu, Farsi and English! Nazo works as a dental assistant and she has gained experience in all aspects of the profession. She loves her job because she got to work with patients and help them achieve a healthy smile. Her favorite part about dentistry is taking and processing x-rays. She loves reading, spending time with her family and traveling to new places.
Suniti was born and raised in Nepal. She finished her schooling there and went to dental school. She was fascinated in dentistry because of her dad who is an oral maxillofacial surgeon in Nepal.Suniti learned a lot from her dad and sharpened her skills in dentistry, and she still continues to grow in her capabilities and skills This makes her a uniquely capable dental assistant, as she is able to predict what her Doctors need and caters to that happily. She also adores her patients, and wants to take care of them to the best of her ability and loves to help her team in all ways and means. She does so by paying attention to both their needs and their comfort. This applies whether she is in the office or conducting any type of patient treatment. Suniti can fluently speak Nepali, Hindi, and English, and she loves painting, spending quality time with her family, going on walkings, riding a bicycle, and talking/spending quality time with her daughter/family. She loves reading philosophical and non-fiction books everyday and having philosophical debates with her daughter, who is a neuroscience major at Virginia Tech. Her motto in life is-Everyday is a learning day!
