- No claims adjusters dictating your treatments
Some exclusions may apply:
- Patient's portion is due the day of service.
- There will be a $30 reinstatement fee if your plan lapses.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan.
- Care credit or lending club may not be used to pay a dental savings plan premium.
- No refunds of premiums will be issued at any time if participant decides not to utilize dental plan.
- Non refundable
- It cannot be used for services of injuries covered under worker's compensation.
- Cannot be used when referred to specialists.
- Only Valid at Aldie Dental Care.
- This membership program does not cover medical procedures of any kind.
